We want you to be happy with your course. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase, as long as you have attended no more than 2 live lessons.

After 7 days

Payments are non-refundable after the first 7 days, except where the law says otherwise. You can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Cancelled or missed lessons

If we cancel a lesson, we will reschedule it or add the time to your plan. Lessons you miss without at least 12 hours' notice are not refunded.

Plan changes

You can upgrade at any time and pay only the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

How to request a refund

Email support@verbalynllc.com from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
